Crescent Cove is hiring a full-time Development Director!
Job Purpose:
The Director of Development creates and oversees the implementation of a strategic approach to fundraising including individual philanthropy, sponsorships, grant solicitation, and in-kind resources. Specifically, the Director of Development will provide leadership and direction for major gifts, the structure for and the implementation of a capital campaign. This individual will work to grow and manage a portfolio of individual donors capable of making major or capital gifts. The Director of Development will identify, cultivate, solicit and steward those benefactors.
