Dr. Bob Tift

Dr. Bob Tift is the former President of Benilde-St. Margaret’s School, where he was known for his compassionate leadership and dedication to creating a nurturing environment for students and staff. After his 22-year career at BSM he joined Partners in Mission as a leadership consultant, helping Catholic schools across the nation with strategic planning and Board development.
Bob has been involved with Crescent Cove since our early days, inspired by his great-niece Maryah, whose dying wish was for a children’s hospice home to exist for kids like her. Deeply moved by her story and the need for pediatric respite care, Bob became a driving force in Crescent Cove’s mission to serve families facing life-limiting conditions. Now joining the board, Dr. Tift brings personal commitment, expertise, and a heartfelt vision that continues to shape Crescent Cove’s future.
