Jenna DeMilio
Board Member
Jenna DeMilio is an executive advisor, human resources leader, and founder of Springhill HR Partners, where she partners with organizations and their leaders on business and people strategy, organizational design, leadership development, and navigating meaningful change. Prior to founding Springhill HR Partners, Jenna held senior HR leadership roles with Cargill, Cantel Medical, and General Electric. She earned her master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Jenna first learned about Crescent Cove through close friends shortly after the Home opened and has felt connected to its mission ever since. She was struck by how few options exist for children and families who need this specialized care and is deeply moved by the comfort, connection, and support Crescent Cove provides during some of life’s most challenging moments.
Jenna is honored to serve on the Board and contribute her experience to helping Crescent Cove extend its reach to more children and families while preserving the compassionate, high-quality care at the heart of its mission.
