Nadine Schissel is principal and founder of Experience Automation, a leading experience management consulting firm based in Minnesota. She learned of Crescent Cove when her own child was diagnosed with cancer, and Crescent Cove provided critical services to her family in their home before the hospice home opened. She is thrilled to be able to support Crescent Cove after her daughter has fully recovered and is a healthy and thriving adult.
With an extensive background in leadership, strategy, and organizational development, Nadine has guided major Fortune 100 companies in transforming customer experience and operational effectiveness through innovative solutions. She brings expertise in experience design, employee engagement, and business strategy, and has consulted across industries to help organizations rethink and elevate how they deliver value to clients and communities.
