Our Location
Crescent Cove opened the first respite and hospice home for kids in Minnesota on the shore of Twin Lake in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota, in May 2018. The home previously functioned as a hospice home for adults, run by North Memorial Health, which we purchased and thoughtfully remodeled. Here, children and young adults—and the families who love them—can find rest, comfort, and expert care during respite stays or at the end-of-life.
