Laura Desouza is one of Crescent Cove’s social workers, where she supports families with compassion, skill, and care. Prior to joining Crescent Cove, she worked as a crisis social worker with Healtheast/St. Joseph’s Hospital, bringing a background in supporting individuals and families through difficult times. Laura was referred to Crescent Cove by a family who knew she would be a wonderful fit for our team, and she has been grateful ever since to do work she loves alongside the families we serve. She and her husband live in Minneapolis with their 4 children. On a summer day you'll find her walking around one of the many lakes in Minneapolis or enjoying a book.
