Pediatric Respite and Hospice Care Supported by Donors

In January 2023, WCCO's Derek James visited our Home to learn about respite care and inform WCCO's audience about how donors make our care possible. His visit coincided with the first respite stay of Christina, a teen whose family travels to Minnesota from Wisconsin for respite care. We are incredibly grateful to Christina's dad, Derek, who was willing to speak with WCCO and share their story of what respite care means to them.
