Making Moments Count for Kids And Families
Crescent Cove offers care and support to children and young adults with shortened life-expectancies, and to their families who love them. While there are more than 4,700 hospice homes for adults across the United States, only a handful exist for children. Crescent Cove is proud to be Minnesota’s first and only residential respite and hospice home designed specifically for kids, and just the third of its kind in the country. More than a place of care, it is a vibrant, joyful home-away-from-home where families feel Embraced, Assured, and Celebrated.

Volunteer
Volunteers are an integral part of Crescent Cove! Whether it is in our Home, or in our community, we offer different opportunities for volunteers to support our kids and young adults, and their families who love them.
Guiding Families When they Need it most
I had never thought leaving our very medically complex daughter in the care of others outside of our home would ever be possible. I was so wrong! Our daughter had the best time during her respite stay! The staff are so kind, empathetic and cared for our daughter just like we would. I am so impressed and grateful for such an amazing organization. Thank you for all you do and thank you to every single donor for making her stay possible!
Did you know that thousands of companies match donations made by their employees?
