A New Outdoor Playspace at Crescent Cove
On June 24, 2021, Crescent Cove hosted a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of a new outdoor playspace for kids & families. The all-inclusive play area features beautiful greenspace with native grasses and trees bordering a mini-baseball field with a custom scoreboard, outdoor musical instruments and the Dragonfly Tower for movement and play. Crescent Cove received a $20,000 grant from Northwestern Mutual's 2021 Community Service Award program. Northwestern Mutual recognizes financial advisors annually for their volunteer service, and provides them with a grant to offer to a nonprofit of their choice. Keith Moeller, founder and principal of Moeller Advisory Group, was recognized as a recipient of the company’s 2021 Community Service Award for his fundraising efforts and commitment to Crescent Cove.

We were informed that a Texas-based child care center that owns a U.S. registration for the trademark “Children’s Lighthouse” for use in connection with day care services, will be expanding into the Minnesota market.
